Our products are Colorado grown, Colorado dried, and Colorado dipped. They are produced especially for your taste satisfaction.

Our company was started in 2007 out of a love for the products provided to us by nature's bounty of our own orchard in beautiful Palisade. We understand wholesome in this world of uncertainties. Every piece of succulent cut apricot is hand tendered from harvest through drying, and continued by hand dipping each piece individually. Chocolates chosen for your delight add sweetness to the tangy pleasure of nature's apricots.

Made to Order

After harvest, the apricots are dried and held in a perfect state of dryness until you place your order. Upon receipt of your order — and not a moment before — we prepare the dried apricots for dipping by rehydrating them to the desired level of our special presentation. According to your order, we dip them and beautifully package them for you or your gift giving.

What Do We Have to Offer?

We offer undipped apricots or apricots dipped in dark, milk, or white chocolate. They are available as natural apricots (simply treated with sulfur dioxide to preserve color} or glacé with light sugar syrup for a shiny appearance (coming soon). Our attractive and compact packaging has been tested to withstand the rigors of mailing.  Our products are perfect for holiday giving. Please order by Thanksgiving for pre-Christmas delivery or any day.
